Rose City Workshop // July 2018
Back in July I did a workshop with one of my favorite photographers, Davis Hilton! I was super excited, it was my first workshop and I got to make the short road trip to Portland for it. Since then I have been carrying a lot of stress on my shoulders and didn’t finish editing my images from the session until this past weekend. It has been extremely difficult to find the motivation to keep up with my hobbies. I am so thankful that I have found enough support in the recent months to continue to work on my mental health…taking care of myself in ways that are sometimes fun and often hard.

Kylan :: 2016
So as it turns out, my best friend Kylan is leaving for his LDS Mission in Houston, Texas on September 27th. I am super excited for him. He’s going to have a great time teaching all of the people of Houston about the gospel. Kylan wanted some photos taken to capture this wonderful missionary opportunity, so here we are!
Breann :: 2016
Fog into late morning, sun creeping down behind the trees to end the night…that’s the kind of winter day it was when I took these photos of beautiful Breann. I’m pretty blessed to have the gorgeous Pacific North West to capture portraits in.
Kylan :: 2015
I will start by saying that Kylan is my best friend and that may be why these are some of the best photos I have taken so far. I love these though. They are taken out in Tacoma by the Glass Museum on the waterfront. Some of the photos are taken at the University of Washington Tacoma campus too.

Experimenting with the Stars
I searched up online tutorials on taking pics of the stars tonight and these are the photos I came up with from my virtual lessons.
The pink in some of the photographs is sadly light pollution.
I tried taking a picture of the moon, which was absolutely way too bright and ended up looking like the sun.
